Stephen Gallagher 06e384a0a4 Enable llhttp for HTTP parsing ...

Fixes: https://github.com/libgit2/libgit2/issues/6074

We now try to use llhttp by default, falling back to http-parser
if the former is not available.

As a last resort, we use the bundled http-parser.
