Code is unmodified, except for the Xcode project, which has been cleaned up (resolved update warnings, removed censored files). The original CMake files has been removed, as our CMake setup is incompatible. Please keep the Xcode project around until libdispatch is completely converted to CMake (currently I am only concerned with libfirehose_kernel).
